The beautiful old village of Finestrat is a few minutes up the hill, tucked away in the mountains of the sierra cortina.
VERY CLOSE TO REAL DE FAULA GOLF COURSE.
With two 18-hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Real de Faula Resort is the best option on the Costa Blanca for golfers, within 3-5 min drive from the Villa, right next to Terra Mitica.
This course, whose features are typical of Nicklaus designs, is an American style course with broad fairways, and exquisitely moulded greens; it is more than 6,612 meters long. Players on the golf course can enjoy marvelous views of the Mediterranean, and the Finestrat mountain range.
Because the golf course is not part of any real estate development or urban area, it allows players to enjoy their game in completely natural surroundings with uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains in the spectacular setting provided by Spain's Levante region the south eastern Mediterranean shore with its coastal range.
A brand new shopping complex "La Marina" with dozens of shops restaurants and bars is close by as is a large Carrefour store Which sells everything!
The main attraction of the area is the TERRA MITICA theme park which is 5 mins away by car or taxi. Great for families! as large as Disneyworld Paris but with better weather ! Also you're 5-10 minutes (by car) from Benidorm's Old Town, with its great tapas bars, beautiful beaches and shops. For those of you who are so inclined it is 10-15 mins from the new town with the famous Benidorm Palace and nightclubs.
There are many fantastic golf clubs and sporting facilities in the area. There are two 18 hole golf courses designed by the famous golfer Jack Nicklaus near to completion.
